Pros: Beautiful styling, cleans well

This dishwasher caught our eye for style. After reading online reviews it seemed like it rated well by other users. It has cleaned well, but the cycles are quite long (2 hours for some cycles). Our biggest concern from the reviews seemed to be customer service. We will now have the opportunity to test the service as the dishwasher has stopped working after 7 months. First it started with strange noises and now it has stopped cleaning all together. I'd still like to think this has been a good purchase, but I am starting to think we may have been better off spending our money on a Bosch and going for higher quality.
