Product Review

If you have wet and not clean dishes--This is WHY!

by   dave7933 ,   Jul 6, 2007

Pros:  Quiet running and cleans and dries well now.

Cons:  It took about a year to figure out how to get this fixed.

Overall Rating: 5/5 stars

Author's Review

We bought this model about a year ago and experienced similar problems to others that have reviewed. Last January a service man came to the house and said it was just normal for this unit and there was no problem. Well after several months we were frustrated to no end with wet and dirty dishes. I called LG and they sent another service company to the house. This time the tech was great and immediately knew what was wrong with it. Our unit had a bad pump--and it had the bad pump from day 1. We just ran a load with the new pump installed and the dishes are dry and CLEAN!
