Pros: Like the color

Cons: Won't heat. Clothes go round and round all damp.

We bought the LG from Best Buy in June of 2007. The dryer discontinued working in November of the same year. The gas will not kick on. Everything is hooked up properly. No vents are being obstructed. We bought the extended warranty from Best Buy and thought the repair would be a cinch. No go. Best Buy has been out three times. They've either ordered the wrong part or parts are being back ordered. Six weeks later and still no heat. The dryer clothes go around and around without any heat. Not sure we'd go to Best Buy and buy any appliances anymore. We Would never buy an LG again. I'm trying to figure out how to get our money back and replace the dryer with a good ole Maytag!
