Very Disappointed - Do Not Buy

Bought this dryer at Best Buy. Looked impressive and had all the extras that I needed. But ...... the chimes that signal that the clothes are dry is so quiet that I can't hear it when I am in the next room. The drying sensor is a joke. Does not even come close to drying the clothes. For the first 10 minutes the dryer is on, there is a very loud clunking. I called LG and they gave me the phone number of a repairman in my area. I left 3 messages and no return call. I had to call LG back and they gave me another repair service who have yet to show up.
