nine months after owning this one, it quits drying. I call lg customer service, they ask if we use bounce. I respond yes. LG then proceeds to say that using bounce voids the warranty. I asked where in the owner's manual that was stated, and after being transferred five times, was finally able to get the manager to tell me that it is not in the manual, but my sales person was required to tell me not to use bounce. That never happened, I stated after I had just spent $1000 on a dryer if our sales person said don't use bounce, we would not have used it. They finally agreed to cover whatever the problem under warranty. It took two weeks for them to send out a repair person, they diagnosed the mother board out of it. It has been three weeks with it on order, and the repair people just called to say that it did not come in this week, perhaps next week. so here we are, nine months old, and currently down for five weeks. fool me once...... after combing the internet, I should have read the reviews first.
