BEWARE! Sensing feature leaves clothes DAMP ALWAYS!
Pros:
Very pretty - matches the TROMM Steamer Washer.
Cons:
Sensing feature leaves clothes DAMP ALWAYS when 'normal' is selected.
The Bottom Line:
I expect perfection when I purchase a top-of-the-line product. I also expect top-notch customer service. LG's phone system hangs up on you after 5 mins.

Author's Review
I purchased this dryer as a companion to the LG WM2688 Steam Washer, which is awesome, as all writers have commented. I expected the same in its companion top-of-the-line dryer.
On the 'normal' setting, however, I have yet to pull out anything that is not damp. Now, I expect to find damp jeans (around pockets or waistbands), comforters, heavy socks, etc. on the 'normal' setting; but, I am talking normal loads of t-shirts and regular laundry. In turn, I would expect to have to use the 'more dry' or 'very dry' settings for jeans or heavy fabrics, not light fabrics like t-shirts or every day clothing, for this makes it inconvenient to have to hit so many buttons to run a simple drying cycle.
From what I can tell, the 'custom' feature can only be set for one custom choice. And from my experience, there will be many different scenarios in which I will always have to be increasing the drying temperature. In short, the sensors are nearly useless - I do not trust them. Several dryers I have owned costing less than half the price of this one had much better sensors, including Whirlpool, Maytag, Kenmore, and Frigidaire. I have NEVER experience such frustrations with these cheaper brands.
So, what happens when I run these damp loads a second time on the normal setting? One would expect them to run for a short cycle of 10 - 20 minutes to finish up, and then the sensor would recognize them as dry? Nope! Instead, they run for the exact time as they did in the first cycle - almost being cooked this time. Very weird.
Some final comments. I had this dryer professionally installed as instructed with solid, clean, unobstructed venting with fewer than 4 elbow joints. Exhaust blows extremely strong at outside vent to prove there are no obstructions.
