BEWARE! Sensing feature leaves clothes DAMP ALWAYS!

The Bottom Line: I expect perfection when I purchase a top-of-the-line product. I also expect top-notch customer service. LG's phone system hangs up on you after 5 mins.
Review: I purchased this dryer as a companion to the LG WM2688 Steam Washer, which is awesome, as all writers have commented. I expected the same in its companion top-of-the-line dryer.

Bigger in size than advertised

The Bottom Line: Make sure you have room for this very large unit which is advertised as being smaller than it actually is.

Great dryer, but WAY overpriced!

The Bottom Line: If looks matter to you, get it to match your washer. Otherwise, you'd do as well with a less expensive model.
Review: Let me start by saying I am completely satisfied with this appliance. It does exactly what it claims and does it well. We can wash towels, sheets, blankets, etc. and if we tell the dryer to get them "extra dry" they will come out with no moisture...
