Don't be fooled by its appearance!

The Bottom Line: Don't buy this phone. You'll have to replace it multiple times, and it never worked well to begin with.
The chocolate is the worst phone I've ever owned. I bought it in within the month that it was released, and was impressed by its sleek design and interesting shape. As c-net notes, the learning curve for using this phone is steep. The buttons are different from those of an ipod, which adds to the confusion. My first phone blacked out about 4 months in, and they managed to replace it with one that was just as bad. Once I received my third replacement, it took another 3 hours on the phone with Verizon to get me back on the network due to other complications with the phone. Phone #3 broke about 6 months later, and i am now onto #4. Adding music to the phone is nothing but a waste of time, as it will freeze the phone and make other utilities, such as the camera, inoperable. The camera itself is decent, but it will often take about 2 minutes to initiate regardless of whether or not I have my music card in the phone. i am big on themes and ringtones, and I found both to be quite limited with the phone. Verizon has made it extremely difficult to put free ringtones onto the phone, as well as free wallpapers. Finally, I do not know if this is a contained issue, but people often complain that is very hard to hear me, perhaps due to the placement of the microphone in the phone.
