Pros: attractive, small, the sound, the camera
Cons: the slider, the navigation wheel, the non-intuitiveness of the phone
The Bottom Line: I'm required to put in who the cell phone is best for and wanted to say no one.

Review: When we changed phone services I bought a Blackberry Curve 8330 and my husband got a free LG Chocolate VX8500. For a variety of reasons I have had, unfortunately, to use his cell phone. Why do I say unfortunately?

Pros: We got a new phone a lot sooner because we hated this phone so much
Cons: Buttons too small, problems with service, incessant reminders, poor battery life
The Bottom Line: Chocolate is bad for you. This one may not rot your teeth, but it won't work as a phone either.

Review: My fiance and I have been Verizon customers for years. We're both happy with the service and enjoy taking advantage of the "new every two" program. How could two tech geeks resist the prospect of a new handheld gadget every two years? Often we put a...

Review:
I am not going to lie to you, the ONLY reason I picked the LG VX8500 Chocolate phone in the first place was simply because I liked the way it looked-I did no research on it, I didn't know anything about what it's capabilities were, I simply... |

Review: I recently switched from the verizon RAZR to the chocolate. The battery life is MUCH better on the chocolate, but the RAZR is smaller. The LG chocolate also advertises its ability for you to put your music on the phone, but not only do you need a...

Pros: Looks fairly good, bright screen, good sound quality.
Cons: A usability nightmare, poorly thought out music player, Verizon gripes
The Bottom Line: Verizon and LG must hold their customers in contempt- this is a poorly engineered and executed pile of garbage that they both screwed up.
