Cheap, quiet but very difficult to install it in a window.
This is not my first air conditioner unit - air conditioners from other companies have a metal frame guide located on the bottom of the unit attached to the unit. LG chose very cheap solution - small piece of plastic UNATTACHED to the unit. It took me at least 1 hour to put the unit in a window - all small move of the unit removes the piece of plastic from the proper place, and I had take the unit from the window, reattach it and to try to put back in a window. If I knew about this problem, I would not buy it. After installation (during which I called designers of LG air conditioner very bad and insulting names) unit is quiet and works OK. Unfortunately at the end of summer I will have to remove it from the window and will put it back next summer - and I will curse LG engineers again.
