Camera captures more noise in low light situations, and best images in bright light. The true pitfall of this camera is the promising Video mode. Captures sharp video at 30fps only problem is THE AUDIO IS OUT OF SYNC WITH VIDEO! This is also a confirmed problem with Kyocera Tech Support. No plans to do anything about it as they say "the video is an extra feature, taking pictures is primary." Well, thats great but it sure is a shame it takes such nice 30fps video with OUT OF SYNC audio. Also, it does a horrible job of picking up sounds in the video mode. Bottom line, do not let the fact it has video recording influence your decision in any way shape or manner. As a digital camera only, its great.
