A lot less scraping and shaking!

The Bottom Line: I would recommend them especially to people who use cloth diapers and whose babies are on solids!
I recently started using cloth diapers and a friend recommended I get these Kushies Disposable Liners. One babies are on a solid diet, their poop gets, well, solid! You aren't supposed to throw poop in the garbage, you're supposed to shake it into the toilet (or scrape it into the toilet). Even with disposable diapers, you are supposed to do this. So really, you could use these liners on disposable diapers. Scraping and shaking poop off a diaper is not a fun job. I know a couple who have a stick set aside for scraping poopie diapers. I opt for toilet paper. It's gross and it takes a while. This friend (the one with the stick) told me she discovered these disposable liners. You tear one off the roll, put in the diaper, and it catches the poop so you don't have to scrape it. At first I was hesitant. I was mainly worried they'd be scratchy and a bonus about using cloth diapers is that they aren't scratchy like disposables ones.
Anyway, she showed me hers and they felt fairly soft. I picked up a roll of 100 at Walmart and put them to use right away. They aren't much use on the wet diapers, but on the soiled ones... they rock!
The liners let fluid through, but retain the solid stuff. When it's dirty, throw it in the toilet and flush! Apparently some people are upset that these liners don't "wash well," but they aren't meant to be washed! They are biodegradable so they will break down! Each liner costs about 5 cents, so I don't know why people are concerned about getting their money's worth on these (and they are biodegradable so it's not like reusing them as much as possible will save the environment any more).
Anyway, it's true that often the liner doesn't catch all the poop, but seriously, no baby poops in one perfect spot. It's usually messy, and it's usually everywhere. The liner catches around 90% of the stuff which still helps us parents out a lot! That's a lot less scraping and shaking! I've never had a problem before with my diapers staining from poop, but with the liners, I have even less chance of any stains because less poop touches the diaper.
I totally recommend them to anyone using cloth diapers (or even disposables!)
