This has my sons' vote of approval

Great compact wafflemaker with good recipes. Stands on-end for easy stowage, looks good enough to leave on the counter. Operates quickly and stays clean. The non-stick surface works well-- I have not had to spray it with anything to prevent sticking. It makes four decent-sized waffles at a time, making it easy to get the family started with their breakfast while keeping a production line going. Waffle color uniformity is good-- the upper left waffle tends to cook very slightly darker/faster than the others, at least for my unit, so I put the batter in that one last to even the score.

Recommended. A very nice unit, and a real upgrade from our previous Salton wafflemaker.
