AWFUL!!!

Unless there's some secret to using the milk frother that I'm unaware of, it seems impossible to steam milk without making a total mess. It takes a while for the steam to start working, at which point it comes on strong and all the milk bubbles up and spills outside the cup quickly. I quickly switched cups, but that still didn't do the trick and I still had milk everywhere. I tried using a bigger cup, but I can't use one big enough to prevent the spillage because then the steaming wand wouldn't reach far enough down to touch rest in the milk.

The one other reviewer of this product loves it. So if there's something I'm missing and someone wants to share, that would be great. For now, the thing is in my basement in the "not worth the trouble" pile.
