Crap.

I have had this all in one for about a year now and it is terrible. Not only did I buy it so I could scan to email in color and their techs couldn't figure out how to get it working on my server at the office so i now can't use the feature I bought it for - plus it breaks constantly. The toner explodes on the inside of the machine (particularly the blue one) which costs hundreds of dollars to replace. It misfeeds, jams and has the worst help screens possible. If I didn't already have another copy machine made by Konica - I might think this was a fluke, but that one is terrible and breaks constantly as well. Thankfully I have service agreement for that one. I was not ready to pay another 500 dollars for that on this one and I am sad I didn't. I have wasted so much of not only my time trying to figure out how to fix this, today we had 4 people standing in front of it for a half hour brainstorming on how to fix the stupid thing. Time for a different one. Don't make the same mistake I did.
