about 16 months ago, I bought 2 Konica-Minola 2400W color laser printers, One lasted about 7 months, quit working, Sam's exchanged it for a 2430. The second 2400W just quit working, error light comes on..no explanation. The 2430 now will not "Dry" the toner, it smears. I hope it's still in warranty. I've had a NEC B&W laser for over 5 years..I've gone through 4 or 5 toner cartridges...and it STILL WORKS GREAT. I paid over $500 for it 5 years ago and about $300 for the Konica-Minola's, a NEC 5+ year life versus a Konica-Minolta 1 1/2 year life. Guess which printer I'm gonna' buy.
