It's not just for kids :-)

Dance Dance Revolution:SuperNOVA for Playstation 2 is a video game that has you using a floor pad as your controller and your feet as the way to play. You choose a song to play along with from a list of songs and as it plays arrows move upward on the screen, as they reach the top you place your feet on the matching square on the floor pad. It has the most basic level for beginners and you can choose to move up in levels as your skill increases.

My biggest beef thus far would be that it doesn't come with two pads. My family and I were forced to take turns playing. We have since remedied this issue by purchasing another DDR game pack. We own DDR Extreme as well. I like both games, but have spent more time on Supernova.

It's terrific for a workout and not boring like so many workouts can be. This is so very helpful to me at a time when I so want to be healthy but don't really want to take up jogging or any other such out doorsy type exercises. It is an excellent replacement for a work out video. Your heart will thank you, since it's not just fun it's a healthy good time.

I'm not a kid anymore.. sadly not even close and I really enjoy this game. My age 50+ husband is now trying his hand at it.. the music draws him into the room every single time. There is a perfect blend of new and old music for all ages.
