Kolcraft Contours Option 3 Wheeler ZL018 - Ruby Jogger Stroller

I bought this stroller for my granddaughter's 1st birthday and when we opened the box the brake part was broken. We called the consumer number in the back of the manual and they sent a new brake part immediately. My daughter has used this stroller for less than 5 months and the feature that she liked the most which is being able to turn the seat around just broke. We contacted the manufacturer again and they said that we have to send the whole stroller back to them at our expense which is costly and a HUGE inconvenience. They said that the warranty calls for us to pay for sending it to them and they pay to send it back to us. Other than that the stroller is really nice. It is on the heavy side though when lifting it in and out of the car.
