Author's Review
I bought a new unit on line. Out of the box the LCD did not work. Printing through the computer produced faded & washed out prints. After a week of on line instructions, Kodak gave in & allowed me to send the unit to New Jersey repair center at my expense, 17.00, because they do not cover warranty freight, even if the unit never worked. After nearly a month, they sent a replacement unit. It was used but a "certified to Kodak Specifications " letter attached to it assured me that all was well. I plugged it in & the LCD flashed a false resource empty message constantly, the "pictbridge" connection to my camera did not work & printing photos through the SD chip inserted into the printer produced very good prints, but the bottom of the photos, the last 15%,was blank below a jagged line. I am trying to get my money back & do not recommend this unreliable printer. Kodak is wise not to pay for return warranty freight, it must save them millions/ Jerry
