Pros: Reliable, even toasting. Sturdy plastic.

Cons: Will over toast if you push down again on same setting.

My experience has been favorable so far.I bought because of the heavy duty plastic material and the extra buttons. Adjust according to type of bread. White toasts faster so use a lower setting. Love the bagel and warming buttons. The slide out crumb tray is so easy to clean up and fits nice and snug.

This is the best toaster I have ever bought.

If your toast is not dark enough, reset. Do not push back down again on same setting thinking it will get darker. Toaster gets confused and thinks it has new slices in !
