Pros: It matches our other KitchenAid appliances.

Cons: It is made of cheap plastic and faulty parts!

I purchased this KitchenAid microwave oven model KHMS155LSS-4 two years ago. A year ago, just under the warranty, we had to have the vent above the door replaced which was falling off and causing the door to open during operation. This year, the major circuit breaker has blown and the paint on the handle is chipping off. The major circuit breaker is covered by warranty, but we have to pay for the service call and labor. What happened to appliances lasting at least five years?
