Mixing Those Little Buns for the Oven
Date of Review: Jan 13, 2000
If you bake, you will really appreciate the Classic Series Kitchen Aid Mixer. With its mixing paddle, dough hook, and egg beater, the Kitchen Aid is versatile and useful. As a very sturdy and durable kitchen appliance, this mixer is a great time saver. It makes baking more enjoyable because you no longer have to wrestle with tough batters or knead dough until your hands tingle.
The Classic Kitchen Aid Mixer is uncomplicated and easy to use for any Martha Stewart worshiper. The mixer can increase speeds by pushing the lever and the paddle can be locked in place for thick batter. I?ve never had a problem with this appliance, despite the ripe age of ours, which is more than 10 years.
Ok, so I have absolutely no upper body strength, and my lack of arm power may be the reason that I cannot cook without the Kitchen Aid. But this mixer also makes complicated recipes easy because you can simply add the ingredients while the mixer does the work. Its heavy frame prevents the mixing bowl from shaking and its multiple utensil choices make every recipe easy to tackle. Cleanup is equivalent to washing a bowl and spoon, except with the Kitchen Aid, I still have strength left in my arms to actually wash the dishes.
