Can't believe I lived without it

I couldn't be more happy with the Kitchen Aid mini chopper. This little gadget is such a multi-tasker, and really gets used everyday. I mainly got it after growing fresh herbs and TRYING to chop them with a knife. I found myself hardly using them because I could never get the fine chop I was looking for with a knife and cutting board. Little did I know, chopping herbs is only one of about 50 uses I've come across so far for this machine.

So far I've made chicken salad, homemade mayo, guacamole,
icing, chopped pecans, chopped chocolate chips, chopped onions,
chopped tomatoes, made bread crumbs, and more that I cant think of.

The blades are designed in a way to pull the substance from the outer edges in towards the blade, and it works like a charm. It's almost like a blender if that makes sense. Its so easy to use too, just push the pulse button until you achieve your desired consistency. Its also easy to clean, just wipe down the base, and throw the bowl, top, and blade into the dishwasher.

I love it, and each and everyday it seems you find a new way to use it. For 40 dollars, its money well spent. The machine feels like its made of quality materials, and will last for years. Plus Kitchen Aid is a company that takes pride in quality and durability.
