The Three Bears Shop for a Food Processor

Date of Review:  Feb 1, 2003
The Bottom Line: Just the right size for processing small (2 cups & under) amounts, and does it thoroughly and with style. The perfect addition to good knives and a blender.
Review: A few weeks ago, I decided I needed some type of processor. I had started cooking more (New Year's Resolution) and, while a sharp knife and hand copper were doing okay, I figured it was time to start the hunt for a food processor.

Within a...

Say Hello To My Onion Mechanical Chopper!

Date of Review:  Dec 6, 2008
The Bottom Line:

The KitchenAid 3-Cup Chef’s Chopper is a keeper.

Review: The Mrs. and I are bargain shoppers; unless there is deal to be had, there is no money changing hands.  So despite the fact that I have wanted a small 3-cup chopper for the longest I held off for a deal, and this past week it came my way in the form...

Neat Little Chopper for A Great Price

Date of Review:  Dec 21, 2003
The Bottom Line: If you are looking for a compact, attractive, efficient and solid mini-chopper, this is the one. Also, the price is right!
Review: Over the years I have owned about 6 different mini food choppers, including those from Cuisinart, Sunbeam, Black & Decker and Rival. The KitchenAid Chef's Chopper KFC3100 has proven to be the best of the lot. What makes this chopper unique is the...

Great Chopper

Date of Review:  Oct 30, 2003
The Bottom Line: Very good choppper. It suits my needs perfectly.
Review: I bought the KFC3100 a little over a month ago. It is simply a great unit. I only need something for making small amounts of sauces, salsas, marinades etc. It operates wonderfully and cleans up easily. I like how the food is drawn in and down...

Convenient but loud

Date of Review:  Jan 17, 2003
The Bottom Line: If you don't mind a loud, high pitched motor, this does a good job.
Review: We bought this to grind food for our baby and it does a nice job of that. Unfortunately, the loud, high-pitched whiny motor scares the little tyke. The volume is oppressive and a real show stopper for us. We won't be continuing to use it.

My First Food Processor

Date of Review:  Jan 16, 2006
The Bottom Line: Buy it! I think you will be happy with your purchase.
Review: Just purchased this item two weeks ago and I think it is great! Never required or desired to own a food processor in the past, but my recent interest in Indian cooking has caused me to purchase one. This is also my first KitchenAid appliance.

The Little Chopper That Could

Date of Review:  Nov 1, 2006
The Bottom Line: Many kudos for this mighty little chopper! It's a great time saver, excellent at chopping most foods, easy clean-up - handy little kitchen companion that I wouldn't do without.
Review: I really love my Kitchen Aid three cup chopper! It chops vegetables quickly and easily with the touch of a button. To me it is just as mighty as a regular Food Processor, but takes up little space and has far less parts to clean.

I really...

Cute and Convenient

Date of Review:  Mar 13, 2007
The Bottom Line: Want a cute chopper that works well and with ease then this one is sure to please.
Review: A year ago, I was in the market for a new mini chopper or food processor. My inexpensive Super Chopper from the Black and Decker outlet was kaput. The two-cup bowl was losing chunks of plastic every time I used it. So, I was venturing off into the...

Handy Little Gadget!

Date of Review:  Aug 22, 2007
The Bottom Line: This little chopper has come in very handy and cuts down on cooking time (less time manually chopping)!
Review: I received the Kitchen Aid KFC3100 Chef's Chopper a few months ago as a wedding gift and I am very please with it. This little chopper is great for small tasks. I use it mainly for chopping garlic and onion as it only holds 3 cups.

It is...

Can't believe I lived without it

Date of Review:  Aug 8, 2008
The Bottom Line: Wonderful product, little footprint which is good because it WILL stay on your counter. Use it everyday
Review: I couldn't be more happy with the Kitchen Aid mini chopper. This little gadget is such a multi-tasker, and really gets used everyday. I mainly got it after growing fresh herbs and TRYING to chop them with a knife. I found myself hardly using them...
