Poor Design

I have read other reviews that parallel my experience regarding the coffee beans getting stuck before they reach the grinder heads and It is my belief that the problem exists with the design. The beans are loaded into the glass container and drop through small openings barely larger than the beans and are fed to the grinding chamber with an auger. The beans get stuck in this process because the throat from the container to the auger is too small. However if you shake the grinder, the shaking motion allows the beans to drop better; but who wants to do all that work? That's why we use machines to do the WORK for us! This machine is going back to KitchenAid!
