Author's Review

Received this refrigerator about 2 weeks ago. It was stunning to look at in the kitchen. The installer plugged it in and the lights came on and it appeared to be working. Unfortunately, I came home to a refrigerator and freezer full of ruined food. The thing blew room temperature air. I've scheduled service after trouble shooting with the manual and on-line. They didn't show last week and are supposed to show this week. 2 weeks without a working fridge is unacceptable. Paying for a new refrigerator and having to wait to have it repaired is grossly unacceptable. Both the supplier and the installer refuse to replace this defective appliance.
