Looks good, poor quality for price

Bought this in a whole package of Kitchen Aid appliances as we updated all our old Whirlpool to new stainless Kitchen Aid.  We liked this unit as it is a little shallower and fits better in our kitchen than standard depth refer.  We traded off a 24 cu/ft side by side and did not realize how much smaller this unit would be, 4 cu/ft makes a huge difference.  Beyond the size we have been disappointed in the overall quality.  The unit is about 6 months old and the deli drawer lid has developed a warp that causes it to catch and pop off the hinge every time it is opened unless you push down in the middle with one hand and open the deli drawer.  Recently it has started freezing all the vegetables in the crisper drawers. It has an electronically controlled temperature setting which we have set to 39 degrees but it still freezes things.  We also notice that the temperature is uneven inside the unit.   In door ice dispenser poorly designed it is near impossible to get a glass full of ice without having cubes land on the floor.  Sometimes if you hold the glass in one hand and use the other hand to guide ice into glass you can prevent spillage. I'd say 75% of the time I have to pick up ice after using the dispenser (never had this problem w/ old Whirlpool).  Also has a very small ice storage bin although we have not run out as yet. Vegetable drawer guide system very cheaply constructed, it is obvious that these will be broken before long particularly if loaded very heavy, already sagging a center of shelf.  The motor has gotten very noisy, imagine a neighbor 2 doors down with the lawn mower running, that's about the noise level of this thing. As I said we bought a whole package of Kitchen Aid appliances and overall I'm very disappointed, the refer is the worst but I'm not sold on any of these appliances.
