Does the job!

This is a product that I was considering purchasing for a long time trying to weigh the pros and cons of spending the money on it. I finally broke down and bought it and I have owned this product for over a year now and am very happy with my purchase. I purchased the stainless color which complements my kitchen decor perfectly and looks very nice on my kitchen counter. I initially purchased it to make whole wheat pizza dough because kneeding this by hand is a tough job and I wanted to make mif life easier. While it does have the power to do this, I think a more powerful one would do the job faster. I find I use it now for all of my baking needs and for that purpose, it does the job well. It is great for cookie and cake mixes. My cheesecake came out perfectly. It comes with 3 different hooks so it is multifunctional and has optional attachments that may come in handy. The Stainless bowl is easy to clean and after a year of use, it still looks brand new! I would highly recommend making an investment in this product. I am happy I did.
