This Mixer Rocks!

Oh wow, I'm actually excited to write this review. I purchased this mixer just before Christmas and I've had the opportunity to use it several times. It is fantastic! I absolutely love it. I had wanted one for years but I was skeptical at first, because of the price. This thing is worth every penny.
It makes mixing a breeze, especially when it comes to baking. I couldn't believe how perfectly the dough came out, it was beyond my hopes. Not only does it mix beautifully, the dough comes out just as you want it. It's not too sticky or too dry.

I used it to make regular loaf white bread. It turned out beautifully. I loved how the dough take shape to the dough hook, making it super easy to remove and place into loaf pans.

I can't wait to try making pasta dough. If you've ever made pasta dough, you know that getting the dough the perfect consistency can be a challenge. I feel 100% confident that this Kitchen Aid Mixer is up to the task.

The machine itself and the attachments are all of great quality. Trust me,you'll be pleased with this mixer. Actually,you will be wondering how you ever got along without it!
