Pros: looks nice

Cons: Brand new oven and it needs repair. Door latch is a common problem

I do not know how this product works because it came broken. The service person said that the latch that closes the door is a very common problem. The SS on the fron of the door buckled. The service person said that this was the first time that he had seen this. The lining on the inside of the door was chipped because the latch is broken. It is ridiculous to pay so much money and have it serviced before you can use it!!!!!!!!!!!
