Pros: Has everything you need (including a small screw driver).

Cons: Hard drive sits in plastic housing. No installation instructions

After doing some research on the net and noting one of the big things to find is an aluminum construction to ensure heat is removed from your hard drive effectively, I purchased this product. While the housing is aluminum the place the hard drive sits is plastic! I work in the heat transfer field. This is a VERY poor thermal design.
