if i wanted a truck

i would have bought a truck. the vibe, matrix, hhr etc are often described as "crossovers" ie..truck-like. I wanted a sport sedan and thats what i got with the spectra 5. The other vehicles are without exception a bit taller and definitely skinnier, (a real negative for us) and for the most part, underpowered and overpriced. A recurring thought i keep having is that if the competition builds such great cars why don't they offer decent warranties? So you buy brand x, finance for 5 or six years and the warranty expires after 3 years? whats up with that? I'll tell you whats up with that. The manufacturers want to take the money and run and enable the dealers to stick it to the customer for out of warranty work. experience tells me this. fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.
