Gravis GamePad Pro is a winner!

Date of Review:  Aug 20, 2001
The Bottom Line: A gaming best buy!
Review: Updated:
After downloading a Playstation emulator/rom, I realized I needed more than a keyboard to control most games. What I wanted was a simple and inexpensive controller that felt and looked like a Playstation controller. Plus, of course it...

Who Could Ask For Anything More?

Date of Review:  Jan 27, 2001
The Bottom Line: The Gravis Gamepad Pro USB is an inexpensive, easy-to-use device that will dramatically improve your gaming experience.
Review: Really, you can't get any better than this. Gravis' Gamepad Pro USB really hits the spot for the ultimate experience in gaming. Its user-friendly design, sensitive controls, and layout makes games fun to play and easy to learn. For 20 dollars, you...

Good gamepad for the price

Date of Review:  Feb 7, 2001
The Bottom Line: Good bang for the buck.
Review: I bought this pad two years ago. I was in the market for a new gamepad that was both comfortable and economical.

Enter the Gravis Gamepad Pro USB. Gravis is well known for their gamepads among other gaming peripherals. What attracted me to...

No more driver hassles!

Date of Review:  Aug 20, 2001
The Bottom Line: If you're looking for a simple, no-frills gamepad, with lots of buttons, and a USB connection, you can't go wrong with the Gravis Gamepad Pro USB!
Review: I've owned the original Gravis Gamepad Pro (i.e., the gameport version) for several years, and loved it. It did exactly what it was supposed to do, and worked great.

So recently, when I couldn't coax my old joystick to work with Windows...

The best of both worlds!!

Date of Review:  Aug 27, 2001
The Bottom Line: This is a killer product that will make you love your computer games again. If you love games then this controller is for you.
Review: If you ask anyone what the favorite and least favorite about computer games and playstation they would say that the computer has killer graphics but poor controller design, and the playstation would have only half way decent graphics but a killer...

Playstation design

Date of Review:  Nov 28, 1999
Review: The Gravis GamePad Pro is a big enhancement to the Gravis Gamepad introduced a few years before. The Gravis Gampad Pro looks and somewhat feels like a playstations controller, while maintaining a PC nostalgia. What is really great about the design...

Cheap controller; Good Performance

Date of Review:  Jan 9, 2000
Review: I purchased this product because my old 2-button gamepad just wasn't cutting it anymore with the newer games out there. Originally I purchased a standard gameport version of the joystick, but problems with the connection and the required...

A Near-Perfect Playstation controller clone.

Date of Review:  Jul 27, 2002
The Bottom Line: Look no further to play simple arcade games or Playstation games ported to the PC. Games requiring finer control however will not benefit from the use of this controller.
Review: When I went out to buy a gamepad, I wanted a Playstation controller clone for the PC to play my FIFA games and Tony Hawk 3. I had already seen this controller on the web so I knew what I wanted.

EASY TO USE

Versatility - Top Notch Performer

Date of Review:  Jan 26, 2000
Review: Cheap, quality controller that is perfect for the serious gamer.

The Gravis GamePad Pro?s main advantage is its versatility. Unlike joysticks (I had a very unpleasant experience with the Gravis Firebird), steering wheels, and flight yokes,...

More like Gravis Gamepad POO...

Date of Review:  Oct 10, 2000
Review: I hate Gravis. Simply put. I wish I could hand this into epinions right now, but I am afraid that won't fly. This controller could better be used to suspend your neck from a high ceiling pipe.

I first purchased this pad because I was...
