Great...until it broke

My husband did a lot of research on this machine and the Kitchen aids. This was such a great price for what you get (speed, size, etc etc). The first thing I noticed was that it was really loud. It almost sounded like a Pterodactyl was landing on my house. I thought it was set up wrong or something...but it was just really noisy when you were mixing things like pizza dough. Also, I couldn't easily get the attachments out... I used it probably 5 times (and the dough came out great!) and then this last time, all the sudden, something broke and the mechanism that holds the attachments started rattling like crazy. We are bringing it back and buying a Kitchen aid. We tried to go this route..and it didn't work.
