White Kenmore 5300 BTU Single Room Air Conditioner

We only needed a smaller room sized air conditioner and wanted to spend less than $150 so my husband thought he was doing good when he bought a Haier brand air conditioner. (It was unbelievably noisy!) I made him take it back. A couple of days of heat later I went to Sears and bought a White Kenmore 5300 BTU Single Room Air Conditioner Sears item #04275051000 Mfr. model #75051. I have never been so happy with a purchase! It cools very efficiently even though it is only 5300 BTU. It has two fan speeds and a timer and energy saver. What I love most is the quietness. Even on the higher fan setting it is still quiet enough for a soothing sound in a bedroom. It happened to be on sale for $129 so I was pleasantly surprised to save $10 off the regular price.
