Love it!

This machine has it all - can hold practically anything (I wash two king size quilts at a time in it) while cleaning better than any washer I have seen and runs super quiet. In fact, if I didn't start it, I don't know it is on.

The thermal boost (which super heats the hot water when selected) is great for getting the really dirty clothes clean - I am paranoid about germs and it will clean any germ on this setting.

The cycles that come on this machine are express wash (for quick washes with little stains), delicate, silk, wool, ultra handwash (I do my delicates on this and have yet to snag my nicest hose), sanitary (thermal boost) whitest whites, heavy duty, and normal/casual (where I do 90% of my clothes). It has 6 temperature selections from the thermal boost to cold tap. There are 6 spin speeds, pre-wash and stain treatment options as well as three levels of end of cycle signal - which I really like - you will hear the loudest one anywhere in the house but the softest one you need to be almost in the same room with it.

I also like that I can pause the machine and add more items - I often find that one sock after clothes are in.

Storage bins will not hold full size liquid soap or softener. While they add height and make use more convenient, they do little for storage. But all in all a great purchase!
