The best decision I ever made...

We wash a lot of clothes at our house, and doing the wash was not my idea of fun. We splurged and bought this washing machine hoping that the consumer magazine knew what it was talking about when it rated this one so highly.

It did know what it was talking about.

This machine got dingy whites clean again in one load. It got stains out of old shirts that we handed down from one child to another. It is easy to use and I enjoy doing laundry now.

The delivery men, under contract to Sears, but employed by Penske, were professional, courteous and helpful. I encourage all who buy this machine to insist that the delivery bolts are not removed until the machine is within 3 feet of its installation site...some delivery crews don't do this and can harm the machine. We told ours about this, and they did everything we asked.

The dryer that goes with this washer is superb, also. The load capacity means that I can wash and dry the equivalent of at least two standard loads, and the clothes emerge from the dryer wrinkle free.

Anyone who expects a lot from a washer and dryer will not be disappointed with this set. We are happy we bought it.
