Finally gave up on this tent

I purchased a Mantra 7 from Cabelas. I had the salesman set up the tent in the store so I could determine if it would meet my needs - this tent had already been opened once - it was a very nice tent and it took both of us to set it up. When I got the tent home and set it up I noticed a hole and rip in the seams along where to two aluminum poles intersect. Cabelas was great about replacing it. When I received the 2nd tent I set it up in the back yard and noticed one of the seams was ripped in almost the exact same spot - this tent was brand new out of the box. It seems the quality and workmanship just aren't up to standards. I had read many reviews glowing about this tent. I just gave up - I can't afford to have a tent rip while setting it up and for the price you pay for this tent it's too much of a risk. I have decided to go with a Cabela's brand now (I read somewhere that someone speculated it may be manufactured by Kelty also - I hope not). Let you know how that works out.
