On a budget? These are THE speakers for you!

The Bottom Line: Tremendous price/performance - give them a try!
I purchased five of these speakers from Sam's Club, coupled with an ASW8-120 subwoofer for $89.95. The surround package of SS-02's is called SS-025; it consists of five SS-02's.
Previously, I had two 3-stage speakers with 15" woofers (front), and two 3-stage speakers with 12" woofers (rear). I replaced those four with the KLH SS-025's and the ASW8-120B. I have found an increase in spatial effect and no degradation sound quality!
The SS-02 speakers have the following features:
1. magnetically shielded (can place in close proximity to a TV).
2. capable of 100W-per speaker.
3. contains two speakers:
3a. midrange speaker is 4"
3b. tweeter is 5/8"
I have placed these speakers in the recommended locations: front corners of the room (front L&R), center of the room near our TV (center channel), and to the left & right of the viewing area/couch (surround speakers).
My wife loves them, as she was tired of the huge speakers I previously had. I love 'em because the price was unbelievable and the sound surely did not sound "cheap".
I'd recommend a test-drive of the speakers. Frankly, given the price of these speakers I'm surprised they're not in high demand (thereby, economically, raising the price). For now I'll enjoy this great price/performance bargain.
