Very disappointed.

The Bottom Line: Cannot recommend due to our experiences with this machine. Perhaps we got a lemon? Nonetheless, too much $$ to take a chance on a machine this expensive.
After purchasing a Saeco automatic espresso machine and having problems with it after about 3 weeks, sending it back, getting it back "repaired", and then having similar issues a few days later, we decided to upgrade to the J5 from Capresso. Unfortunately, this one has been no better. After about 5 days, the FrothXPress would "shoot off" into the carafe of milk, spraying hot milk everywhere (with a couple of burns to contend with, too). The only way to steam milk was to hold the rubber attachment which was extremely hot. Even then, the FrothXPress would sometimes shoot off into the carafe of milk, etc. Customer support was nice enough to send another FrothXPress to us, but in the meantime, the entire steam mechanism inside the machine has started to fall apart. Steam rolls out of the top and right-hand side of the machine. The FrothXPress that attaches to the "nub" of the hot water/steam wand is loose and appears to be coming apart. This obviously signals danger and we are taking the machine back for a full refund. I guess we aren't meant to have a fully-automatic espresso machine? Too bad, especially for the money we spent on this. Espresso quality was average, but that could have been the grind or type of beans? We never got a chance to fully experiment.
