More compact than a double stroller

My friends bought the Joovy Caboose for me after I had my second child. I was used to carrying my daughter in a sling and pushing my son in a single stroller, but I guess my friends though I needed a break from carrying her. It was nice having a new stroller, though my daughter cried the whole time she was in it. Now that she's older she enjoys it more.

It took some getting used to when my son would run out from the back of the stroller whenever I stopped pushing it since he wasn't strapped in while standing up. So I had to set some clear guidelines about that. After he got used to it, he really likes standing up in the back because he can see more and maybe he feels bigger.

The handle on the stroller is a good height. I don't have to hunch over to push it. The straps are easy to work and I get my daughter in and out of the seat fine. The blue color is nice and traditional and hides food stains.

Three things that bother me: 1. The stroller tends to veer to the right slightly, especially if I'm on a sloped sidewalk. 2. The cup holder on the tray does not hold a SIGG water bottle. 3. The basket is not nearly as big as I'd like because I do like to go shopping at the local produce store. (I have another double stroller that I use for that, though.)

Despite these drawbacks, the Joovy stroller is good for taking the kids out to the park or just for a walk without feeling like I'm pushing a boat. I wouldn't recommend it for jogging or serious shopping. Just make sure you keep an eye on your older child, who might bolt out from the back when you're not looking :)
