Joovy Customer Service is Awful

We experienced poor workmanship in the frame. Shortly after uses it began to pull to one side when using. Shortly there after began to catch when folding. Company tried to repair but could and replaced the item. We were without a stroller for 3 weeks.

The replacement item is worse. It does the same things and the wheel wobbles and the frame squeaks. They insist that it squeaks because we haven't maintained it by lubricating it as it says in the manual. There are no such instructions in the manual and it began to squeak about 2 weeks after we got the the new stroller.

There policy is for us not to deal with the store so we have to deal with the company. They then told us we should go to the store and then again told us that wasn't an option.

It is clear their front line service staff have very little authority to provide the satisfaction guarantee and they apparently have a policy against connecting you with managers.

I even offered to pay the difference between my model and a different model but the would go for that either.

Very disappointed in the product and the product service. Our son is 5 months old and we've been unable to use the stroller for about 6 weeks in total.
