joovy caboose aprox 24 lbs. stand / sit stroller

My grandma had purchased this for me i got to choose which stroller. I thought would best fit my needs as well as the childrens. There were only two in the store (babies r us) that I could choose from. I thought by purchasing while still pregnant with baby #2 this would give my 2 yr old time to get used to "the back seat" i used for about 2 months every thing seemed great. my 2 yr old was handling the change very well. And then the baby came. I just wish I could return this item now, but too late I had already thrown out the box and besides I doubt they would have taken it back . Also it already has $180.00 investment in it. That's alot of money to be losing. So I just deal with it . my 2 yr old keeps getting out of the straps I have them so tight how is this still possible? may be a 5 point harness while toddler sits! Not easy to wash. my 2 yr old had an accident (potty training) should have removable material for machine washing!Steering now shows problem.
