Acuvue Advance for Astigmatism Contact Lenses

Complaint Problem

Acuvue Advance for Astigmatism- I cannot recommend.

I have worn contacts for over 20 years. Never had a problem.

These start out very well. They go in well and remain comfortable for about 7 days. After seven days they seem to go into a self destruct mode. I have been thru about 4 sets already in four weeks.

I can't be sure but they seem to have a built in self destruct timer in them.

I would love to go back to my old brand contacts by the same company but they have stopped making them.

At this rate, they are too costly to keep using.

At this time, I believe they are a magnet for protein deposits and that is why Acuvue is coming out with a new upgrade.
