Six Pack Abs

This DVD is organized into an intro, 3 separate ab workouts (each about 15 min.), and a nutritional/supplement guide. You should not get this DVD unless you already have a basic workout in place. I would suggest you don't try this unless you are at an intermediate or advanced fitness level. He will have you doing about 300 or more different reps of crunches in one session so just be aware that if you are a beginner you might not want to do all of his workout and just take bits and pieces until you are ready for the whole thing. The good thing about this workout is that it doesn't require any extra equipment. I think overall this might lead to better abs, but I don't plan on viewing this DVD often because it's more of a guide than something to work out with. There isn't much music involved and it looks like he set up the video camera in home gym with bad sound and lighting, so don't expect any frills with this. If you are not a big fan of cross promotion, be aware that he promotes several types of supplements and his "Fitness Made Simple" video.
