Excellent workout!

I bought this because somedays I just don't have time to go to the gym. I saw commercials about this video and decided that it may be challenging enough for me and it looked like their were some workouts that I have not tried yet. I put it in and was sweating within ten minutes. John moves from body part to body part and does challenging workouts for each, adding supersets. After a few weeks doing the same thing over and over again, it does get old but all you have to do is increase the amount of weight that you are using to keep it challenging and put the video on mute and add some music. When you first watch the video, it gives excellent tips on fitness and nutrients. It does get old when you see someone that has a prefect body guiding you through, but when you start seeing results after only two weeks, that thought left my mind and I became even more motivated to do the workouts. I use this video three times a week while at the gym three days a week. This is a good motivational video and I use it before I start my cardio routine. I would recommend that everyone get this. The abs workouts at the end are also very challenging and it makes you sore for a few days-it is completely worth it.
