Amazing! Totally addictive.

The Bottom Line: I totally recommend that you purchase this video if you're looking for a fast workout with high energy that delivers real results.
I bought this DVD after reading some rave reviews. I have to say I'm amazed. I was not someone who loved exercising but now I'm totally hooked. The DVD has three different workouts, Levels 1, 2, and 3. Each level gets progressively harder. They are all designed around circuits with 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs. There are 3 circuits for each level. I love that each segment is short so if you hate it you know it'll be over soon! And the workouts are only 20 minutes, about 25 including warm up and cool down.
I've had amazing results. Lost 15 lbs so far and even am getting great muscle definition especially in the arms and abs. I love Jillian Michaels and have bought several other of her DVDs after doing this one but 30 Day Shred is still my favourite.
This is a high energy workout and Jillian really motivates you to do your best. I love that it combines cardio and weight training all in one so you get your whole workout done in such a short period of time! Do this three times a week or more and you'll see results fast.
