30 Day Shred

As a 20 year old female I like to stay in the best shape as I possibly can. I'm 5 foot 1 inches tall and I'm slender built meaning i have no "muffin top". I have a nice feminine shape but I like to look my absolute best. I got sick of doing these weak work out videos that showed no results after weeks and weeks of continuous work outs. I have comcast digital cable which features on demand. I was looking for a shorter, harder and more effective way to work out. I found the program called "30 day shred" which you can lose UP TO 20 pounds in 30 days. Well, I don't need to lose 30 pounds but I would love to tone up more. So, I turned on the program. The 30 day shred has 3 different levels (1 2 and 3 1 being the easiest. I began on level 1. To be completely honest with you Jillian kicked my butt. This is the most hard core 20 minutes exercise you will ever get. What is great is she gives an effective warm up with stretching and she also keeps you motivated. She is yelling at you through the screen to keep going do not quit. Jillian's method is that you work more then one muscle group at a time to burn more calories. For example you do lunges with a tricept press. It truely is effective but it can be very challenging! So, if you are not in ok shape I wouldn't recommend this work out for you. Each level gets harder and harder as you go. I have been doing this workout for over a week now and I am very happy with what I see. My stomach is almost completely flat now!! These work outs are very hard but they pay off. I am going to Aruba in 2 months so I keep thinking to myself to hang in there to look super hot in that bikini I bought. The work out isn't on demand anymore but I loved the series so much that I went out and bought it. It isn't that expensive but it is worth EVERY PENNY!! So, if you are looking for a shorter workout that offers great results reach for the 30 day shred! I can't wait to see how i look in 2 months!
