Pros: style, cleans good, convection roasting is excellent

Cons: doors dont close, loud fans, no external vent capability

We've had this oven for three years, along with a matching JJW9530C mounted under the kitchen island. The JJW door switch recently failed necessitating a $146 service call. At the same time the JMW sensor failed. Not bad reliability for three years of use. The door on the JMW has never closed properly, but we never got it fixed. The repairman on the recent visit said it was bad hinges, but I refused the $60 fix due to other posts saying this didn't fix the problem. Maybe I'll call Jennair to see what the real fix is.
