After 15 years of using the same stove, we decided to update to a Jenn Air Pro style (November 2006). We were sold on its look and fast burners. Unfortunately we didn't expect the frame of the stove to burn, yes burn, after two days of cooking. This was reported to the service number provided in the guide. Unfortunately, the service people they sent only saw need to change the frame. So they did, problem unresolved two days later, the frame burnt again. Now it is 4 months later and Jenn Air is refusing to stand behind its quality, stating they don't know what the problem is, sending me another service man (7th time) and forcing me to take another day off of work to deal with this situation. A brand new stove, purchased in November 2006, and I am only sorry I bought it. I do not recommend this stove if you enjoy cooking, for the frame will surely burn and you will have nothing but heartache from the company. We will see how they plan to resolve this problem.
